We have a large number of corporate clients who are committed to the ongoing professional development of their staff to ensure best practice and quality care for their patients. Many of our corporate clients invest a great deal of time and money to ensure their staff are up-to-date and adequately prepared to perform their role.
In recognition of this support, we award a hotly contested Training Organisation of the Year trophy on an annual basis. The award is judged over three criteria which are:
1. Organisational investment in training. This is assessed by dividing the monetary (dollar) value invested in training by the number of organisation beds. This makes for a fair assessment as some hospitals have more beds than others and as such a larger budget.
2. Multidisciplinary approach and support for training. This criteria is assessed reviewing the number of different professional streams that attend the training courses, e.g.: nursing, medical, technicians, allied health.
3. Community collaboration and support for external health care agencies. This criteria is assessed by reviewing how supportive the organisation is to supporting the ongoing education of health care colleagues outside of their own organisation, that is accommodating staff from another facility and offering external participants places in their training courses.
The Baby Anne Resuscitation manikin was our 10 Year Anniversary gift to our corporate clients to say thank you for your continued support over the past 10 years. We have enjoyed the opportunity of providing valuable training courses for numerous hospitals and healthcare facilities for over 10 years now, which further demonstrates the outstanding commitment our healthcare facilities have for the ongoing professional development of their staff, our colleagues. We appreciate and value your continued support.
